Kirkland, WA. (March 2, 2006) – The State of Washington’s Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) has awarded a sole-source contract to The Software Revolution, Inc. (TSRI) for modernization of the State’s Apportionment System. OSPI has opted to contract for the full suite of TSRI’s fully automated services, including system transformation from a COBOL to a .Net C# environment and database conversion from OpenVMS RMS Flat Files to a Microsoft SQL environment.
