Kirkland, WA. (April 28, 2004) - The Software Revolution, Inc.
(TSRI), a world-class provider of automated software modernization
services for legacy systems, today announced that Mr. Randy A.
Doblar has been named the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Effective immediately, Mr. Doblar will take over the day-to-day
operation of the company.
Mr. Doblar has 30 years experience in management and business
development in the government and commercial marketplace, both
domestically and internationally. After leaving the Department
of Defense where he was on the Pentagon staff of the Chief of
Naval Operations, Mr. Doblar successfully performed as Director
of Washington D.C. Operations for Systems Integrated; Director
of Business Development for Alliant Techsystems' Advanced
Technology Center; and Assistant Vice President of Business
Development for Science Applications International Corporation
before joining TSRI in 2000 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Mr. Philip Newcomb, TSRI's Chief Executive

extensive experience in running operations in both large and
