"CSC Selects TSRI to Support Bureau of Citizen and Immigration Services Modernization"
Kirkland, WA. (Aug. 18, 2003) - Computer Science Corporation (CSC) has
awarded The Software Revolution, Inc. (TSRI) a Sole Source contract to automatically
transform the legacy application code of the Bureau of Citizen and Immigration
Service's (BCIS's) scheduling system from Cobol and C into C++.
Randy Doblar, TSRI's Vice-President of Sales & Marketing said,
"This contract again blends the complementary capabilities of CSC and TSRI to
address an important federal government system modernization requirement. For
TSRI it also opens the door to a new government organization with many other
systems that need to be brought into a modern computing environment."
