New Board Members Appointed

Bothell, WA. (Nov. 29, 2000) - The Software Revolution, Inc. (TSRI), a world-class provider of assessment, transformation, re-factoring and web-enablement software services for legacy systems, today announced that the company is fortunate to have appointed two new members to the Board of Directors. Mr. Robert Dryden and General Robert Ludwig (U.S. Air Force, Ret) are the latest additions to the strong and experienced team overseeing the operations of The Software Revolution, Inc.

Biographies

Robert L. Dryden: Mr. Dryden is President and Chief Executive Officer of ConneXt Corporation. Earlier positions included: Executive Vice President of Boeing Commercial Airplane Group; President of Boeing Military Airplane Company; and Director of Strategic Planning at IBM's data processing headquarters. He is chair emeritus and serves on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Greater Puget Sound as well as the National Junior Achievement Board. He is also on the Executive Advisory Council of Seattle Pacific University's School of Business and Economics. In addition, he is immediate past chair of Overlake Hospital Medical Center, and continues to serve on the Board of Trustees. Finally, he serves on the Board of Directors of U.S. Bancorp and the Puget Sound Energy Company.

Robert H. Ludwig: Mr. Ludwig retired as a Lieutenant General from the United States Air Force where he was the Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications and Computer Systems and, as such, was responsible for the resource allocation and policy direction for the Air Force's information systems activities. Since his retirement he has been a senior Information Technology Consultant to both commercial and governmental organizations. Among them being AT&T, Sprint, US WEST, the U.S. Departments of Justice and Defense, and the Federal Bureau of Investigations. He has served on the Board of Directors of three different Information Technology corporations.
